KTMB or Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad is one of the main transportation companies in Malaysia. As one of the oldest railway service provider in the region, it has been around for decades now which provides railway services in Peninsular Malaysia through its inter-city service. Besides that, KTMB is involved in providing short distance travelling through KTM Komuter which connects commuters around the Klang Valley and other suburbs. As part of its ongoing improvement efforts, KTMB is currently inviting applications for the following position:

  1. Customer Service Manager Gred G05

This position will be mainly responsible for the intercity services of KTMB that covers day-to-day management and frontline services for customers. To qualify for this job, you should have at least a degree in mass communications, public relations, business administration or in related areas. You should have at least 2 years of working experience preferably in a managerial position or 3 years’ experience in N04AG06 if you are applying internally. You must be computer literate with proven skills with Microsoft Office and should have good communication skills in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English Language and should be able to work independently as well as in a team.
